When should I buy my housing certificate?

The Studhome certificate is valid for 45 days from its issue date, a comfortable window to cover both preparing and submitting your file.

The right timing:

• Too early helps nobody: if your consulate appointment is months away, wait.
• The right moment: once your submission or appointment date is known, get the certificate a few days before, so it is recent when the consulate reviews it and covers the whole processing period.
• The certificate is delivered immediately after payment, so there is no production delay to anticipate.
