How much does the certificate cost? Is it refundable?

The certificate costs €199, payable online with an international card. The price includes the instant signed PDF, the consular verification QR code and WhatsApp support.

Two mechanisms make it much softer in practice:

• €100 towards your housing: if, once your visa is granted, you choose to live in a Colonies home, your personal code gives you €100 off your booking fees.
• Refund on ground-5 refusal: if your visa is refused solely on the accommodation ground after presenting our certificate, it is refunded at 100% (request within 30 days of purchase).

Compare with the alternative: booking real housing before the visa often means several hundred euros committed (first rent, deposit, fees) before you even know the visa outcome. The certificate avoids advancing those sums: you only book your home once the visa is secured.
