My visa was refused: how do I get a refund?

If your visa is refused solely on ground No. 5, the accommodation ground, after presenting our certificate, Studhome refunds 100% of the certificate price.

The conditions:

• the refusal must cite ground 5 only (refusals based on funds, admission or other documents are not covered: the certificate only addresses accommodation);
• the request must be made within 30 days of purchase;
• you must attach the official refusal notice issued by the consulate, which lists the ground(s).

The process is online, from the refund page, with your certificate reference and the refusal notice. The refund is paid within 14 days to your original payment method. If you're unsure how to read your notice, message us on WhatsApp: we'll look at it together.

A refusal is not the end of the road either: most students can reapply with a corrected file. Identify exactly which grounds were ticked and strengthen each corresponding document before reapplying.
