How do I fill in France-Visas with my certificate?

In your application on France-Visas, use your Studhome certificate as follows:

1. In the section about your accommodation in France, enter the exact address shown on your certificate (the Colonies residence) and copy it identically, without abbreviating.
2. For the type of accommodation, select the option matching housing provided by an organisation/operator (labels vary between forms; when in doubt, "other" with a note works).
3. When attaching supporting documents, upload the full PDF of your certificate, unmodified: the QR code must stay sharp and scannable.
4. On appointment day, also bring a printed copy.

Three mistakes to avoid: declaring an address different from the certificate's, attaching a partial screenshot instead of the PDF, and letting the 45-day validity lapse before submission.
